Carlos, based in Kigali, Rwanda, is an energy planner and climate finance expert coordinating the company’s early-stage clean tech project development advisory services. His work includes assessments for small-hydro, wind, solar, mini-grids and waste-to-energy projects and has worked for clients such as World Bank, UNDP, responsAbility, Gigawatt Global, Standard Bank, donor agencies and different government bodies across Africa. Carlos has an MSc in Sustainable Energy Planning and Management (University of Aalborg, Denmark), an MSc in Environmental Management (University of Granada, Spain), and he is a certified expert in Climate Finance and Renewable Energy (Frankfurt School of Business & Management).
