Vincent has for the past decade been actively engaged in environmental and sustainable development projects in Asia, North America, and Europe. He is currently at the Office of the UN Resident Coordinator in Timor-Leste working on Early Recovery and Contingency Planning.
 
His expertise is in information management and strategic communications for humanitarian coordination and disaster risk management. This includes utilizing geographic information systems, developing online collaboration tools and systems, and designing information graphics for advocacy and awareness-raising.
 
Vincent has a Masters degree in International Urban and Environmental Management and a Bachelors of Science in Geography.
