The Democratic Republic of the Congo and Zambia are among select African countries supported under the EU-funded UNDP Low Emission Capacity Building (LECB) Programme, whose aim is to develop the capacity of governments and other stakeholders to prepare Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMAs). As part of a consortium supporting the programme, Carbon Africa helped to provide training to key stakeholders in the three countries on scenario analysis, interpretation of results and their application in specific decision-making contexts.
